everybody is different

Particularly in time trials, the rider's aerodynamic posture and perfect ergonomic sitting position are the two decisive factors which make the difference between winning and losing. Man and machine must work in perfect harmony and be perfectly coordinated with one another in order to produce the best possible performance.
Using ergonomic data from more than 3000 athletes we are able to offer every rider the perfect frame geometry. Here in Switzerland we make every machine to measure using the 3P system. Even the thickness of the frame wall is adapted to suit the rider's weight.

We have only been able to develop our Personal Precision System with the help of an international network of high-end partners:

BMC (www.bmc-racing.com)

We were responsible for initiating the programme. Our passionate commitment, famous Swiss precision engineering, outstanding design features and, of course, our unique test track allow us to set new standards all the time and to build even more perfect bikes every year. info@bmc-racing.com

Astana Cycling Team (www.team-astana.eu)

The feedback from our athletes is worth gold to us, and allows us to improve the performance of our bikes every year. The fact that our bikes are right at the front in the biggest races shows us that we are on the right track.

Birkenstock Bicycles (www.speedbikes.ch)

Birkenstock built the first Time Machine Prototype for us. Their expertise from the worlds of cycle racing and motor sport was incorporated into the development process.

OCP Kunststofftechnik (www.ocp.ch)

The in-depth knowledge of OCP as manufacturer of carbon fibre composite components makes them the ideal partner for the production of made-to-measure carbon fibre frames.

Ergomotion (www.esp-ergomotion.com)

Alain Ferraroli is our ergonomist. Using his data and his experience we can develop a frame geometry for every individual rider which will allow him to reach his peak performance.

JMS Creation (www.jms-creation.com)

Only the best is good enough for our frames. Air brusher Jean Marc Szakacs (JMS Creation) doesn’t just paint our special bikes, such as the yellow leader Pro Machine from the Tour de France 06, but also every single Time Machine. And he does it with incredible attention to detail and precision to ensure that the bike isn’t a single gram heavier than it must be, and that the quality is right, both in the large surfaces and the finishing touches such as the lettering and logos. There are no stickers on the Time Machine.

time is relative - time machine TT01

The Time Machine is the first made-to-measure bike from the 3P programme. It will be available from December 2005. More models will follow.

procedure - how to make your time machine

We have to take highly accurate measurements, regardless of whether or not you choose to have a session on the ergometer.
